     Business Law and Accountant Thada Lawyer Office Co. Ltd. was founded by Mr. Mata Boonthipjumpa, an attorney, and Mrs. Patcharin Boonthipjumpa who have been running the business for over 25 years. The company first started out providing domestic services in Thailand specializing in company registration, setting up companies, changing and correcting documents and other legal services such as providing litigation services all over the country, consulting, legal contracts, and agreements including tax and accounting. We currently perform monthly accounting, auditing, and annual tax payments.

     Our company has continually been growing and many Thai and foreign clients have come to us because of our honest, effective, and ethical service.

     With Thailand currently preparing to become a member of the AEC (ASEAN Economic Community) our company is expanding both our law and accounting divisions. We aim to be the premier law firm in Bangkok for both foreigners and Thais in the areas of business law; intellectual property law; international trade law; immigration; the obtaining of permits and licenses for import-export, food and drugs, and customs process; BOI; MOU; citizenship proving; and real estate agency.
