For Company Registration:
The company location documents required:
1. Name of company which used in reservation (both in Thai and English)
2. Rubber duty used for the company in the reservation
3. A clear copy of I.D card and house registration of 7 owners per capita
4. Two copies of I.D card and house registration of authorized person and four copies for vicinity and countryside location
5. A clear copy of house registration of the company location
6. A clear map
Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and VAT Registration Certificate required:
1. Three original of I.D cards and house registrations of authorized person
2. The copy of I.D card of general taxpayer identification card of authorized sigh
3. Two copies of location’s map
4. Three photos of nameplates and the address number of the locations
The photos required:
- The first photo, an overview of the location which focused on the trademark and address number of the locations
- The second photo, an overview of the location which focused on the trademark which be near the address number of the location and the front of establishment
The relevant documents for general owner of establishment required:
1. Two consents to take place
2. Two originals and two copies of I.D card and house registration of the owner
3. Two copies of house registration of the establishment
4. Two establishment rights documents of the owner either a copy of land sale and purchase, a copy of the house and building’s number request, a copy of certificate of title or the apartment rights documents
5. Two contract of establishment which affixed the tax stamp
The relevant documents for juristic person who own the establishment required:
1. Two consents to take place issued by the owner of the establishment
2. Two copies of contracts of building
3. Two copies of renting building and apartment certificate of the juristic person (no more than 6 months)
4. Two copies of house registration and I.D card of authorized director which has an authorized sigh
5. Two establishment rights documents of the owner either a copy of land sale and purchase, a copy of the house and building’s number request, a copy of certificate of title or the apartment rights documents
6. Two copies of house registrations of establishment
The relevant documents which you receive after company registration
1. The certificate with the objectives
2. The certificate of incorporation
3. The memorandum of association
4. The minutes of company establishment’s meeting
5. The list of shareholders (Bor Or Jor 5)
6. The rubber stamp certificate (Bor Or Jor 3, page 2)
7. The taxpayer identification card
8. The copy of value added tax registration (Por Por 1)
Name reservation of juristic person advice
- Name reservation of juristic person must be both in Thai and foreigner language must be in the style of Romanization
- Name reservation of juristic person form issued be the registrar must be submitted in 30 days after the registrar’s order
The case of partnership establishment must follow these steps include:
To submit the name reservation of partnership in order to be sure not to be duplicate with other partnerships
Fill in the application form about the name of partnership, the location, name, address, nationality, the signature of the directors, the restriction of responsible of managing partner/ no, and affix the company’s common seal in the registering the company request form. In case the shareholders don’t want to sign in front of the registrar, they or authorized shareholders can sign in front of the barrister instead in order to certify the signatures.
The fee is related to the number of shareholders that is no more than 3 shareholders pay fee about 1,000 baht per case but if more than 3 shareholders, rate is up to 200 baht per person
You will receive the certificate after partnership registration

1. Five Value Added Tax documents with the original one (Por Por 09)
2. The original and the copy of Por Por 01
3. The certificate with the objectives from Minister of Commerce (no more three months)
4. The original and the copy of Value Added Tax registration
5. The copy of commercial registration (General person)
6. The copy of I.D card and house registration of the director
7. The evidence of the location of establishment
8. Power of attorney and the copy of I.D card of authorized representative
9. Two maps of establishment
